Groups, Workshops & Speaking

Understanding yourself changes the way you experience life.

My hope is to bring that understanding into more classrooms, workplaces, communities, and conversations—because conversations about the nervous system, our patterns, and what it means to understand ourselves belong everywhere.

I love bringing conversations about the brain, nervous system, learned patterns, and emotional regulation into rooms where people can lean, ask questions, and experience these ideas for themselves.

My approach is interactive rather than simply informational. Depending on the setting, we may explore real-life situations from the room, work through examples together, practice tools like EFT taping, or use guide exercises to help people connect what they’re learning to their own lives.

Where This Work Can Happen

These conversations can be brought into a variety of settings, including schools and classrooms, colleges and universities, workplaces, wellness practices, community organizations, and private groups.

Whether you're looking for a one-time workshop, a guest speaker, or an ongoing series, we can shape the experience around your audience and what would be most meaningful for them.

Experiences can be offered in person or virtually depending on the setting and needs of the group.

Every group is different, and the conversation can be shaped around the people in the room. Topics may include:

  • Understanding your nervous system and how it shapes the way you respond to life

  • Why we get stuck in patterns—even when we know better

  • How learned beliefs and protective responses influence the way we think, feel, and behave

  • EFT tapping as a practical tool for stress and emotional regulation

  • Building self-awareness and self-compassion

  • Understanding what’s happening beneath stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactions

Sessions can be designed as workshops, presentations, classroom experiences, small-group conversations, or ongoing series—and can include teaching, discussion, guided exercises, and opportunities to apply what we’re learning in real time.

Bring This Conversation To Your Community

If you're interested in bringing a workshop, class, or speaking experience to your school, workplace, organization, or group, I'd love to hear what you're envisioning.

Tell me a little about your audience and what you'd like to create, and we can explore what might be a good fit.
